GO
technologies was founded in 2001 by Daniel Reyes, within GO are Soft
Touch Driving, a comfortable way to drive and RediAuto Sport, America's
sole supplier of sports cars and adaptive speed equipment for the
disabled community.
As an automotive enthusiast and industrial designer with more than
25 years of experience in the automotive field, Daniel was motivated
by his own life-changing accident in 1999 that led to the traumatic
amputation of his right leg. As he progressed through rehabilitation
(and his frustration with not being able to enjoy his favorite 1967
Ferrari 330 GT), he was struck by the lack of automotive equipment
designed to allow the disabled to drive, particularly manual transmission
cars.
Prior to founding GO Technologies and RediAuto Sport, Daniel pioneered
the first auto sound field in the 1980s and also assisted in the creation
and design of many remarkable toy products in the 1990s.
He has owned and managed several successful businesses in the past,
including Pacific Cycle Accessories and The Rubicon Tool Company;
he has also received 6 patents for three automotive electronic equipment
and three Mattel patents for doll design, with three patents pending
for plug & play automotive control interfaces, hand held telematics
systems and automotive/personal telematic interface
After 3 years of market research and product testing, Daniel, began
creating strategic alliances between GO Technologies and other companies
such as Mazda and Ford for the purpose of developing products for
drivers from all walks of life.
